I am a stay at home mom, but that doesn’t mean I want to be slaving over the stove all day to make a delicious dinner.  Since trying out Progresso Recipe Starters, now I know I don’t have to!

I was sent this super sweet Recipe Starters kit and asked to try out the product!  The flavors I received were Fire-Roasted Tomato and Creamy Portobella Mushroom.

When I got my kit, I immediately headed to the Progresso Recipe Starters page to find out what I could create with my Fire Roasted Tomato sauce. We decided on the Cheese Stuffed Mini Meatloaves.

The recipe only called for a few ingredients, all of which I already had.  The meatloaves came together quickly and only took 25 minutes to cook.  They were delicious–I could really taste the smokiness that the fire roasting added.

There are five sauces in all, and the Progresso site is full of yummy looking recipes, so I will definitely be trying them all!
