Are You SAD? Learn about Seasonal Affective Disorder

In the middle of this wintry weather the country has been having, I thought it would be a good time to mention more about SAD–Seasonal Affective Disorder.  Here in Louisiana, moments of sunlight have been few and far between.  It’s been snowy, icy, and too cold to take my kids outside.  Combine that with snow days where I am trying to keep the boys entertained, and it makes for a roller coaster of emotions and some very long days at times.
